Made to Chill…the Siberian Husky
When I researched this magnificent breed I learned so much! The Siberian Husky originated in Siberia and was first imported to Alaska in 1909 for use as a sled dog. Huskies are clean and have minimal dog odor. Another lovable trait is their social nature… they really crave human contact and can be playful and eager to please. They aren’t known for barking but love to join in with anyone else who wants to howl:-)
In my painted version you can see the incorporation of intelligence of the breed in the dog’s alert stance. Playful colors mingle with one another in a kaleidoscope of shapes. The cool blue background in reflective of the dog’s Siberian origins.
A beautiful Siberian Husky pauses for a moment studying its surroundings. Featuring a multitude of colors: dark teal, grey, light blues, yellow, red, orange, purple, black and white all come together to form the structure of the dogs muzzle, body, and ears. Set against a pale ice blue background with subtle glimpses of dark blue yellow and black. Made for Siberian Husky lovers everywhere. Perfect for your living room, bedroom, or over the fireplace.
